The opening chorus of cantata BWV 187 (Es wartet alles auf dich) can be compared to the six Brandenburg Concertos (BWV 1046 - 1051). The composition opens with two concertant oboe parts over a continuo, the middle part consist of a fugue (from bar 66) and the piece ends with a sythesis of motifs from A and B (from bar 82).
